ACTINOLITE- Actinolite crystals are long bladed and usually found in fibrous or columnar aggregates. Typical colors are green or black. The black variety helps produce a wearing away of the unwanted. Actinolite is a phenomenal shielding device and expands the energy bodies (especially when used in conjunction with sheen obsidian). This mineral also provides a familiarity with all of those who one encounters, witholding all aspects that cause the familiar smile, action, or being to appear objectionable.

ADAMITE- Adamite occurs in the crystaline form as a bright yellowish-green tabular crystal or as a druse (an overgrowth of small, usually interlocked, crystals) or other minerals. It characteristically has a vitreous luster and sometimes flouresces under ultra violet light. Adamite can be used to facilitate the synthesis of the intellect (3rd chakra) with the heart (4th chakra) in order to help produce the stability of the heart (e.g. emotional, loving, caring) as guided by the intellect. It also provides inner strength when dealing with emotional issues, and helps one vocalize personal sentiments.
